Batstongue Arts

Bridget Vasquez is a painter from the Hudson Valley. Specializing in acrylic mediums, she also finds herself working in print making and multimedia works. Drawing inspiration from animalistic forms, fantasy and folktales, special effects makeup and flesh, she combines these elements with saturated color palettes to create larger than life creatures. Wrapping up her BFA in Painting and Drawing, Bridget plans to continue exploring themes of movement, texture and scale for upcoming projects.
